To prevent illness caused by the spread of food-borne pathogens, it is important to properly clean and sanitize the entire chopper as any surface of the chopper can become contaminated. If you are ever uncertain about a particular task or the proper method of operating this equipment, ask your supervisor. It is the responsibility of the owner and the operator to remain alert to any hazards posed by the function of this equipment and all moving parts. Please remember that we cannot anticipate every circumstance or environment in which our equipment will be operated.
